Sales Associate

You will also play a crucial role in sales meetings and correspondence with their valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the progression of product development, including design and trends.
• Collaborate with the artistic department and design team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Engage actively in sales meetings, taking note of buyer feedback and comments.
• Uphold an organized and accurate record of all styles and orders, while tracking shipping details.
• Review samples sent by the factory, ensuring all styles are cohesive and narrate a coherent story.
• Utilize your keen eye for detail and color to communicate necessary changes to the factory.
• Assist in setting up customer quote sheets and Purchase Order detail sheets for order placement.
• Address customer revisions as required.
• Leverage your experience with B2B sales and answering inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table to manage and analyze data effectively.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in the retail wholesale industry
• Proven ability to answer inbound calls effectively and professionally
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving sales quotas
• Proficiency in using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions in Excel to manage and analyze data
• Knowledge and understanding of wholesale distribution processes and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
