Help Desk Analyst

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Holland, Ohio. In this role, you'll join a dynamic team and be the first line of support for troubleshooting client issues and handling service tickets. The job function extends across the IT industry, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service.

• Respond promptly to support tickets and provide timely solutions to clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, including Mac Computers and Apple Devices.
• Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory tools for managing and resolving client issues.
• Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions in the ticketing system.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of software and hardware issues.
• Manage the configuration of client systems as required.
• Work closely with the team to manage year-end inventory support.
• Assist with the deployment of new systems or software as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action as needed. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Mac Computers and Microsoft software
• Experience with Active Directory is required
• Familiarity with Apple Devices and their operation
• A strong understanding of Computer Hardware is essential
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven track record in hardware and software Deployments
• Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Experience in handling Service Desk Tickets and Support Tickets
• Proficiency in using a Ticketing System for managing support requests
