Job Position: Commercial Paint Superintendent

Range of Pay: $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Optional Life Insurance, and 401k with company match is available during enrollment period after 1 year of service.

Expectations:

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience supervising on large commerical paint projects.

Ability to read construction documents
Strong Communication Skills
Proven leader of various sized projects $100,000-$10million
Drives Productions
Ability to QA/QC work
Ability to train and develop team
Responsible for holding team accountable
Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job
Have required certifications
Have a valid driver license
