Primary Job Duties:
This is a full-time position.- Supervise clerks to ensure that day to day tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel
- Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
- Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for Maintenance personnel
- Processing time cards, vendor interaction, and ensure shift coverage
- Tasks assigned by manager
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old or older
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Pass a background check
- Team player - work well with others
- Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision
- Detail oriented and quick learner
- Work under pressure
- Evaluate and solve problems
- Have previous Parts Clerk experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Evaluate and solve problems
- Strong people and employee-relations skills
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Employee must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions within 6 months
- Available for any shift (including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Starting at $18.00 an hour, plus supervisor override
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
