Overview:Seeking an expert System Administrator with strong experience in Windows server administration, product support, and technical troubleshooting across a variety of applications. This role involves collaborating with technical teams, managing product implementations, and ensuring system availability.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Technical SME for enterprise-wide systems.
- Oversee product implementations with state/federal oversight.
- Provide technical expertise to executive-level applications.
- Optimize product use, manage upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in system design, architecture support, and risk management.
- Perform server sizing, configuration, and capacity planning.
- Manage server hardware updates/upgrades (SCCM/SCOM).
- Deliver superior customer service and team collaboration.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in MS Windows Server, IIS, and Apache support.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, PowerShell, Windows troubleshooting, and VMware (preferred).
