This is a customer service opportunity where you will be taking orders from incoming patients, verifying accuracy of order information, insurance and prior authorizations when needed.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Intake Specialist to join our team. Someone who is looking to make a positive impact on individuals' lives. Available Shift Options: Thursday - Monday, 8:30am to 5:30pm or Friday - Tuesday, 8:30am to 5:30pm at $18/hour.Shift flexibility but will require weekends every week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of customer order and intake forms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Customer service and call center experience needed.
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
- Process orders via data entry, insurance verification, and prior authorizations when needed.
- Paid weekly on Fridays!
