About Our Client
Our client is global biotechnology company focusing on innovation in antibody discovery field with proprietary platform for antibody discovery. Their expertise is build upon years of successful track record from target validation to IND submission and experienced team of scientists.
Job Description- Lead commercial efforts for platform licensing and antibody discovery services.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategy for the region in close cooperation with delivery team and company management
- Engage with client in pharmaceutical and biotech space in such markets as China, Korea, Japan
- Identify clients in need of discovery services with focus in antibody domain and proactively engage in the relevant network
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibition and conferences with the goal of driving commercial outcomes and build partnerships
- Actively provide recommendation the leadership team for strategy adjustments based on clients feedback and market trends
- Develop new opportunities and build partnership networks in APAC region
- Over 10+ years of working experience with track record in sales and business development function for bio-pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced degree in scientific discipline. PhD or MD background is a plus with strong track in Biology domain
- Strong understanding of drug discovery services market, CRO market and Biotech industry is essential for success in this role
- Prior exposure to antibody discovery as a scientist and/or sales person will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills, commercial drive and growth mindset
