Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when required
• Participate in various projects requiring onsite presence
• Collaborate with internal clients to ensure efficient service delivery
• Handle Month End Close processes
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Provide support for other accounting related tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Demonstrable experience with Month End Close process
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in creating and maintaining financial reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make well-judged decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
