Contracts Manager

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Review and manage contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize DocuSign to manage and oversee contract processes.
• Handle basic commercial agreements, including redlining and negotiating.
• Conduct thorough reviews of manufacturing industry agreements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all contractual agreements.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to contracts.
• Monitor and manage contract renewals and expirations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled.
• Utilize contract negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Proficient in using DocuSign for managing contracts
• Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Redlining
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of legal requirements involved in contractual agreements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field is preferred
• Proven track record in managing contracts in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
