The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of one of our locations. This includes: food costs, labor costs, sales increases, employee hiring and training, and more. You will be directed by an Area Supervisor who will help develop you to be the best that you can be!

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including food production, customer service, cash handling, and controlling costs.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as an assistant manager or general manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food production, customer service, inventory, and scheduling.
• High energy and positive influence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
