We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in New York, New York. This role focuses on providing technical support, managing IT-related projects and vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of office systems within the industry.
Responsibilities:- Offer technical support to the team members
- Participate in and manage IT projects impacting both local and global teams
- Oversee local IT vendors to ensure effective support for the office
- Maintain smooth operation of AV conferencing and sound systems in the office
- Manage the physical security access systems to the office
- Handle the local Network, Wireless Access Points, and Firewalls
- Provide necessary hardware and software support
- Onboard and offboard team members as required
- Handle technical lead responsibilities, capable of working independently
- Prioritize multiple tasks on a daily/weekly basis for efficient workflow.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Okta for identity and access management.
- Skilled in utilizing Zoom for video conferencing and virtual meetings.
- Ability to use Slack for team communication and collaboration.
- Experience with MDM Technologies for mobile device management.
- Familiarity with Jamf Pro for Apple device management.
- Knowledge of Networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and code management.
- Capable of handling Audio Visual equipment and software.
- Proficient in using Asana for project management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and its troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
