Business Systems Technical Specialist (Secret Clearance Required)

Opportunity:

1. Maintenance support for the Enterprise Business System (EBS)-Procurement application, specifically to the EBS-Procurement modules.
2. Maintenance and enhancement support (which may include software development support) for the Enterprise Performance Management-Budget Planning and Reporting (EPM-BPR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and also provide technical support for future migration projects to cloud solutions.
3. Assist with data modeling, data architecture and building analytical reports and dashboards using tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, and Power BI.

1. Software maintenance services which would include the interfaces that are associated with the software and systems and data clean up.
2. Knowledge engagement in subject matters relating to the customer’s software and system needs which includes reporting analytics needs.

1. Providing software development and advisory service to assist in migrating applications to the cloud.
2. Providing application development services to implement new applications and perform development services for maintenance items associated with current applications.
3. Working with the customer to plan for support that may be required during critical business periods.

Qualifications:

Clearance Required: DOD Secret or DOE L required prior to consideration

Education/Years of Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma and six (6) years of relevant experience.

Applicant must be proficient in the following applications:

• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and ERP Cloud including BI Publisher
• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools: Experience with Power BI, OBIEE, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and building analytical reports
