Responsibilities- Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 PM Sunday-Wednesday
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, entering data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment failures to restore operations.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, including analog and digital multi-meters, pyrometers, and photo-tachometers.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely ordering and availability.
- Communicate equipment issues effectively with peers and management to address any potential problems.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and workstations.
- Follow safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and adhere to all regulatory requirements related to hazardous materials handling and waste disposal.
- Comply with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
