HR Coordinator
You'll also be responsible for ensuring all staff pass compliance requirements and obtain required accreditations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Carry out recruitment related tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating callback for potential candidates.
Oversee employee relations, promptly addressing any issues and concerns that arise, participating in the resolution and providing necessary follow-up.
Manage and organize HR files, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and properly filed.
Coordinate employee needs and inquiries, providing timely and efficient responses.
Ensure all employees fulfil mandatory requirements such as accreditation, live scans and TB tests.
Support the onboarding process for new hires including orientation, paperwork and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Perform general HR admin functions including management reports preparation, keeping track of staffing requirements, etc.
The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of HR experience. This is a fully onsite role in Culver City and is ongoing contract. Pay is based on experience, between $24-28/hr.- Holds a proficient understanding of ADP - Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
- Has working knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce.
- Proficiency in using About Time software.
- Prior experience in auditing.
- Capable of conducting thorough background checks.
- Understands and is able to execute benefit functions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
