Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and forecasts to project profitability, trends, and risks, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, delivering actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Create comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial results against budgets and identify trends and deviations to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and track budgets and performance goals.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for special projects or senior leadership requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
