Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team by handling administrative tasks, updating marketing materials, and assisting with light design work. This position will free up senior team members to focus on higher-level strategic projects while ensuring the smooth execution of recurring marketing initiatives.

• PowerPoint & InDesign Updates: Update quarterly reports and presentations, including updating product information, numbers, and building graphs in PowerPoint.
• Email Marketing Support: Assist with email campaigns, primarily using Mailchimp, and possibly transition to another platform integrated with Salesforce.
• Data Management: Use MS Excel to manage and report marketing data.
• Design and Proofreading: Update templates and prepare marketing reports. Proofread materials to identify errors and ensure accuracy.
• RFP Coordination: Organize and prepare RFP materials, draft initial responses (1-2 paragraphs per question), and align materials with existing content for review.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Basic design skills for template updates and report creation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread materials.
