Sales Specialist
The candidate will oversee clients in the US market and will have to prospect, sell and as well maintain relationships with clients for the long term.
Responsibilities & tasks:
- Prospection and sales
- Client relationship management
- Knowledge of our stock
- Follow-up with the stock and administration with the stone management department
- Traveling to find new prospects
- Identifying new business prospects and pursue business leads in the US
- Feedback on the sales growth and insights of the market
- Report to the General manager on the sales growth and the market tendency
- Ability to attend industry events and fairs to represent the company
Travels in the region and occasionally to other offices are required
Qualifications & skills:
- Full professional capacity and fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- US-based experience with a strong understanding of the American market is a plus
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- French (spoken and written) is a plus, as well as any other language
- Previous successful experience in sales
- Appetency for gemstones and the sector - any experience in the sector in a plus
- Knowledge of the high jewelry and jewelry industry
- Availability & capacity to travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
The candidate must be at ease with social media and internet technologies, comfortable using Microsoft 365 (incl. Microsoft Excel).
The candidate must be willing to learn fast and develop oneself in a growing company, and to work in a team.Existing network of contacts within the jewelry and precious stone industry is a plus.

Salary:The salary for this position is $65-90K annual salary + bonuses. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience. We are looking for a candidate that has a combination of the above attributes and can perform the key functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
