Plant Accountant

We are actively seeking a Plant Accountant to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. As a Plant Accountant, you will be in charge of all accounting operations within our manufacturing industry. This role requires you to be onsite, working closely with the team to ensure accurate financial records and effective financial strategies are implemented.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all plant accounting operations
Implement effective financial strategies within the manufacturing plant
Utilize SAP for various accounting functions
Ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting
Provide support in financial decision-making processes
Maintain confidentiality in all accounting matters
Act as a liaison between the plant and corporate finance
Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP accounting software is mandatory.
