Pittsburgh - Part-Time Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper:

The primary function of this role is to manage financial transactions, invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records for our organization. 20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and payments.
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Regular reconciliation of account balances.
• Ensuring precise bookkeeping of all financial data.
• Maintenance of consultant billed hours and respective invoicing.
• Proficient use of Quickbooks Online for all financial tasks.
• Regular data entry to keep all financial records up-to-date.
• Monitor and manage the profits from our store to fund our non-profit objectives.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all business transactions are accurately recorded
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), efficiently managing outgoing payments and invoices
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), overseeing incoming payments and ensuring they are received in a timely manner
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations, comparing internal records with bank statements to identify and rectify any discrepancies
• Strong Bookkeeping skills, maintaining and updating financial records, and processing transactions
• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring the accuracy of all financial data inputted into systems
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, utilizing the software for various financial tasks and data analysis
• Experience with Quickbooks Online, effectively managing all financial tasks and reporting within the software.
