Client Service Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist - Raleigh
This person must be comfortable with a variety of animals, as we only treat exotic pets here, but most of all they must love working with people. We prefer applicants with at least one year of experience in a veterinary setting and applicants must have previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities include an infectious positive attitude and a welcoming smile, an ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously with grace, an attention to detail in medical records-keeping, and the ability to make each of our clients feel like family.
We have several types of software we use to run our hospital so proficiency with Microsoft-based computer programs is required. Our client service team communicates frequently by email, so accurate spelling and grammar is also required. Experience in cashier responsibilities including credit card processing and cash handling is preferred.
