Randstad Staffing has a Direct Hire CNC Lathe Machinist opening in Brooklyn Park, MN!! If you are experienced operating and setting up Puma, Mazak, Nakamura Lathe Machines, this is the job for you!! This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts while adhering to safety and production standards.

salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 5 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

Set up both new and existing jobs on CNC Lathes, ensuring optimal performance.
Run machines, optimizing each job for efficiency in time and tool life.
Make edits to CNC programs as necessary.
Independently problem-solve with minimal supervision.
Produce parts according to production standards, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
Regularly measure parts to maintain quality and compliance with standards.
Complete required documentation for materials and finished goods.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and others in the company.
