Operations Support
Are you passionate about financial markets and trade operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Futures & Options Trade Support team, providing critical support across North American and European markets.
In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving trade breaks, managing allocations, investigating clearing exceptions, and developing trade flow solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, exchanges, risk teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution and risk mitigation.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Daily Trade Support functions for futures and options on futures across North American and European markets including:
- Resolving client, exchange, and risk trade breaks
- Managing trade allocations for Institutional and Wealth Management clients
- Investigating and resolving today clearing exceptions
- Developing trade flow solutions
- Communicating with internal and external parties
- Facilitating exchange trade entry
- Focus on risk management and control with respect to processes and procedures
- Resolution of client issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and risk mitigation
