- High School graduate
- Ability to work on the available shift which includes 10 AM-6 PM, 11 AM-7 PM or other varying shifts to support the operation as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task, follow directions and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
RELIABILITY IMAGINATION GOING BEYOND SUSTAINABILITY
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented self-starter to serve as the liaison between BalTerm and its customers. This is an opportunity for the right person to demonstrate their CUSTOMER SERVICE and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
Your new responsibilities:
- Maintain inventories by inputting cargo into the inventory system.
- Process paperwork to ensure timely loading and delivery of cargo.
- Provide inventory and activity reports to customers as required.
- Coordinate with customers to plan shipments and ensure on-time/accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with railroads; assist with third party logistics providers and trucking companies for pickup of orders.
- May coordinate with warehouse operations staff concerning planned loading schedule.
- Analyze logistics operation to improve productivity.
- Assist with outbound shipments as necessary.
