Senior Engineer/Project Manager - Land Development, Warren NJ
Civil Engineering Consulting firm in Warren NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer/Project Manager. Responsibilities to include:- Zoning and Ordinance Review
- Site design including layout, grading, soil erosion, and utility design
- Design storm water management compliant with local and State regulations
- Permitting and approval process on the local, county and State levels
- Manage multiple projects throughout the approval process
- Interact with clients and reviewing engineers to satisfy their requests
- Limited public testimony
- 10% maximum field work
- Monday through Friday with occasional evening hours
