Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for QC Compliance Specialists in Pomona, CA.

This is an on-site opportunity.

Pay: $43 to $45/hr
Type: Contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8AM to 5PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track and participate in the process lifecycle for new equipment acquisitions, transfers and decommissions. This will include CAPEX projects.
  • Ensure all QC analytical instruments and equipment are up to date on Preventative Maintenance (PM), Calibration (CAL), Requalification (REQ) activities through utilizing the Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management (BMRAM) and CaliberLIMS software.
  • Work with third-party vendors to schedule External Vendor Calibrations, Maintenance and Qualifications for QC laboratory equipment.
  • Oversee and assess internal laboratory instrumentation platforms, including periodic review of instrument performance and repair assessments.
  • Ensuring timely initiation and closure of documentation related to instrument deviations & investigations, CAPAs, change controls with proper supporting documentation.
  • Identify gaps in instrument practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as point of contact for instrument activities and create work orders, vendor repair/service, on-site requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in a scientific discipline.
  • Analytical Equipment Qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical Quality Experience.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
