About the Role:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, working closely with the Accounting team to ensure the integrity of our financial records. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset records and track depreciation.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Utilize NetSuite to its fullest potential, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is required. Experience with NetSuite modules related to GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Reporting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
