Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

Project Planning and Coordination
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
  • Establish project schedules and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion.
Budget and Cost Management

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management

Documentation and Reporting

Project Closeout
  • Oversee the completion of punch lists, ensuring that all project deliverables meet client expectations.

  • Ensure that all project documentation is finalized, including warranties, as-built drawings, and final invoices.
