Job Role- Assistant Recruitment Manager
Experience- 2yrs
Location- remote
Timings 10 am to 7 pm
Workings days- 6 days
CTC- 4lpa
Requirements-- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Overall 2 years of experience wherein 07- 08 months should be in team handling.
- Must have the experience background in Recruitment & Staffing Firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
