Oracle EBS/Fusion - HR - Senior Manager
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Senior Managers are expected to participate meaningfully in:
- Engagement Management
- Business Development
- Practice Development & Eminence
- People Development
Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues.
- A functional/technical professional with at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EBS/Fusion implementations and 15 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
- At least 12 -15 years of experience implementing Oracle HR.
- Strong experience in HR process design and leading design workshops.
-Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
- Strong Project Management, Configuration and Design skills.
