As a Loan Administrator, you will be tasked with duties related to the administration of commercial loans, including the transition of loan records from one platform to another.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Transition loan records from the current platform to the new system, ncino, meticulously.
• Utilize your tech-savviness to navigate and operate efficiently in the new system, ncino.
• Ensure the accurate migration of records from the old system to the document manager in ncino.
• Constantly monitor and update customer accounts based on changes in their loan status.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their loans effectively.
• Apply your knowledge in General Accounting to maintain accurate financial records.
• Leverage your skills in Data Entry to manage and enter large volumes of data accurately. • Possess strong data entry skills
• Proficient in general accounting practices and principles
• Experience in commercial loans and loan administration
• Understanding of corporate and business banking industry
