General Summary & Scope- The MerchOps Business Intelligence team supports the Merchandising organization’s objectives by delivering data and analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure comprehensive solutions and their dependencies are effectively managed.
- Work with various IT teams to understand key merchandising and BI applications, serving as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
- As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant, leverage your analytical expertise to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance visibility and streamline processes.
- Focus on Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
- Collaborate with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests across projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing.
- Engage with technologies including HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server on the backend, along with Tableau and WEBI on the front end.
- Contribute to training and skill enhancement in GCP, Python, and Power BI as team needs evolve.
