Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail throughout all stages of construction.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Problem-solve and make decisive decisions independently, keeping projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
