We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Princeton, New Jersey. This role requires a candidate who can handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process data entries and maintain customer records
  • Efficiently answer inbound calls and handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing email and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
  • Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Familiarity with Concur Expense for managing and reporting expenses.
  • Experience in performing receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
