We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Princeton, New Jersey. This role requires a candidate who can handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process data entries and maintain customer records
- Efficiently answer inbound calls and handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar using Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with receptionist duties as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for various tasks
- Handle expense reporting using Concur Expense software
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
- Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Familiarity with Concur Expense for managing and reporting expenses.
- Experience in performing receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
