Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity
• Implement and monitor quality control measures
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
• Develop and implement improvements to production processes
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Supervisor will possess the following:

• 5+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+
• A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment
• Background in assembly environments strongly preferred

• A salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, depending on level of experience
• Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance
• 2 Weeks Vacation Time, 1 Week PTO + 2 Personal Days
