Job Overview
Manufacture parts as a Surface Grinding Operator for Ripley Tools Products
A Day In The Life- Operate and set up Surface Grinder for metal grinding
- Read blueprints
- Inspect own work using various inspection tools
- Maintain Quality and Production Standards
- Perform secondary operations as required
- Work with Engineering to support product development
- Incorporate Lean Manufacturing Processes into daily activities
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Willing to work overtime
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of Metal Grinding experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Advanced math skills.
- Must be able to physically lift 35 lbs.
