The successful candidate will provide critical support to our busy office during a maternity leave cover. This role requires strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a bustling environment. Duties will vary, but predominantly include:
Responsibilities:
- Light event planning for office activities.
- Arranging catering for office meetings and events.
- Maintaining office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Hosting larger meetings, ensuring everything is set up and rooms are organized.
- Acting as the primary point of contact within the office.
- Helping with coordination during the transition into our new suite.
