Make a Difference as a Residential Services Coordinator!
As a Residential Services Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of facility safety and supervision, ensuring a secure environment for all individuals served. You’ll oversee all internal areas of the facility, maintaining accountability and promoting a sense of safety throughout.Your role is crucial in maintaining a supportive and well-managed space, where both individuals and staff can thrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Performs Safety Duties & Assignments
- Contributes to Treatment Plans & De-Escalation Strategies
- Observes & Provides Redirection
- Monitors & Tracks Environmental Safety
- Provides Emergency Response & Support
Responds to emergencies, assists with disruptive or violent behaviors, and collaborates with clinical and medical staff to address safety concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Preferred: Able to handle conflict effectively.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Required: Must meet minimum age requirements as defined by the State certification/licensing authority or contract.
