We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst D365 to join our team in the retail industry located in Ontario, California. This role involves leading the D365 SCM - Supply Chain functional track of an implementation, as well as providing admin level maintenance post go-live.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the D365 SCM - Supply Chain functional track of an implementation and provide admin level maintenance post go-live.
  • Utilize expert level product knowledge of D365 F& O SCM.
  • Collaborate with power users/SMEs, IT team, as well as vendor consultants to ensure all business requirements are met, with a primary focus on warehouse and transportation.
  • Conduct product and UAT user training and transfer knowledge to power users.
  • Participate in D365 SCM configuration, analysis, testing, and validation for D365 FO implementation as a subject matter expert and approve/close DevOps task items related to SCM.
  • Identify and document requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, FDD designs.
  • Work with offshore consultants and offshore project manager to deliver services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all SCM modules in D365 F& O, including modules of Inventory, Product Information Management, Sales Order, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and labels.
  • Gather & document business requirements in a thorough and complete manner, including business processes and individual functions.
  • Perform a fit/gap analysis on the requirements identifying gaps in standard functionality as well as the best possible standard workarounds.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with standard or out-of-the-box solutions about D365FO and SCM. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Business Systems, CRM, Gap Analysis, and AB Testing
  • Experience with Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Business Process Functions
  • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
  • Proficiency in D365 and MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Modules, and Customer Demand Planning
  • Experience with Label Printers and Warehouse Management
  • Understanding of WM - Warehouse Management and Transportation Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
