Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to support sales goals.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve equipment failures, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues.
- Address customer inquiries related to product literature, pricing, order status, and repairs.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend pricing adjustments.
- Ensure smooth production and shipping operations based on customer needs.
- working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
