Customer Relations Specialist - Opener - Longmont
Overview:
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week.
Positions are part-time and year-round. If you are an early riser and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, this would be the perfect way to start your day.
We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:
- Welcomes our members
- Answers questions
- Gives tours
- Helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred.
- Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
- Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
- Intermediate computer skills required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $15.86 - USD $15.86 /Hr.
