We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit industry located in Azusa, California. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the efficient operation of the office by managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for three departments
- Provide clerical support, including meeting note-taking, filing and scanning documents
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions
- Oversee office supplies and restock as necessary
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned. • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in providing clerical support including filing, scanning documents, and maintaining records
- Experience in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
- Demonstrated ability to maintain office supplies inventory
- Proven skills in preparing and managing expense reports
- Proficient in taking and transcribing meeting notes
- Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
