We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit industry located in Azusa, California. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the office by managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for three departments
  • Provide clerical support, including meeting note-taking, filing and scanning documents
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions
  • Oversee office supplies and restock as necessary
  • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in providing clerical support including filing, scanning documents, and maintaining records
  • Experience in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain office supplies inventory
  • Proven skills in preparing and managing expense reports
  • Proficient in taking and transcribing meeting notes
  • Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
