We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role will involve supporting grid modernization and pipeline development projects, along with strategic initiatives. This role will be conducted in a hybrid work environment, offering a balance between office-based and remote work.
The employment type is a long-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project planning and partake in technology research tasks.
- Perform data queries and analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and analyze PowerBI dashboards to visualize data and drive insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data findings effectively.
- Use research skills to support strategic goals and staff augmentation.
- Leverage knowledge and skills in Computer Sciences to optimize processes.
- Create dashboards to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to meet business goals.
- Assist in the development of pipeline projects by providing data insights.
- Support grid modernization projects through detailed data analysis. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in using Power BI for creating dashboards and reports
- Competence in research and presentation of data findings
- Exceptional ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
- Knowledge in Data Science techniques and methodologies
- Ability to align data analysis results with strategic goals
- Proficiency in project planning and execution
- Experience in staff augmentation and team management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
