Randstad is looking to hire Senior Escalations Representatives for a large financial institution in San Antonio! Responsibilities- Receive and review customer's escalated complaint case
- Conduct research and investigation: review case findings/notes
- Work within the case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements, policies and standards.
- Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action
- Communicate with customers via phone (5-10 calls a day) and in writing (written letters)
- Interact with internal and external customers to obtain additional information
- Provide resolution to customers
- Working through a pipeline of cases (existing and new cases daily) until they are closed
