Job Description:

• Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
• Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.

The Role:

• The Project Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing Network Separation projects for the Clients's Divestitures.
• This position involves developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope.
• The Project Manager is tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• The position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of technical projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning execution and closing of Network separation projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and risk management
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability and cost control as well as benefit tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including the Transaction Management Office, IT, Network Planning, and Service Assurance to achieve project milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project related issues and inquiries within The Client as well as with the Divestiture companies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic project plans to manage resources to ensure proper task alignment and sequencing identify critical path and drive cross organizational alignment
• Facilitate regular and ad hoc project team meetings within The Client and the Divestiture companies to keep resources on track to bring responsible parties together to solve issues and to provide a forum for team discussions
• Track and report regularly on program status and performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques Basic Program status to Executive level reporting
• Perform risk assessments regularly implement risk mitigation strategies or recovery plans and communicate and/or escalate issues to Leadership

Requirements:

• Requires Bachelors degree or related experience working with complex technical architecture and systems solutions for networks
• Ability to lead disciplined innovative strategic or tactical planning with other internal technical stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Word
• Knowledge of project management PMI standards and processes
• Knowledge of various aspects of a network project lifecycle including but not limited to Requirements Gathering, Planning, Design, Test, Execution/Deployment, Documentation
• Advanced time management organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, software development and system integration
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
