Job Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Monitor HACCP critical control points
Ensure all records are organized and kept up to date as per any changes
Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints
Train and mentor junior QA staff and production personnel on quality standards and procedures
Identify areas for improvement in the production process and quality control systems
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
