Job Description- Develop technical solutions to support the accounting and finance functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and manage detailed reports to present to senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

The Successful Applicant- Experience in accounting configuration for various financial products, including fixed income, equities, repos, tri-party transactions, derivatives, and secondary loan trading.
- Familiarity with Broadridge systems is a plus.
- Experience working with primary dealers is highly desirable.
- Exposure to financial reporting is a valuable asset.
- A competitive salary range of $80 to $90 per hour.
