Electrical Maintenance Technician

We have a client located in West Mifflin/Homestead, PA seeking a Maintenance Technician

Position will start on Daylight shift for training then will move into rotating shifts. All candidates MUST be willing to move into rotating shifts.

Job Duties:

• Support efforts in reliable performance of galvanizing line, including all its support equipment for optimum line utilization
• Electrically & mechanically maintain the facility through training and experience
• All Preventive Maintenance program work, updating PM computer system, equipment failure response and troubleshooting
• Assist with Equipment alignment; spares build up, instrument calibration and repair, new equipment installations, electrical, pipefitting, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication, welding and mechanical repairs
• Apply electrical, electronic and software skills to solve problems.
• Ability to work on all components of Hot Dip Galvanizing line
