Position: Product Marketing Supervisor
Location: Fully Remote (Hybrid if located within 31 miles of Tustin, CA Site)

Compensation: 60K-80K, DOE

Overview:

We are looking for a person interested in working with our APM Team to carry out integrated mortgage marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, conducting audience research, auditing marketing assets, and ability to compile reports.

The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Position reports to Senior Product Marketing Manager.

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
  • Compile market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain familiarity with local market conditions and competitive environment and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.
  • Collaborate with field and corporate marketing, content, design, compliance, product areas, and other internal units to ensure the timely and successful creation of all assets.
  • Track, follow up, and flow of marketing projects as they move through the marketing process.
  • Provide proofreading support for projects throughout the creative process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven working experience as a marketing coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have an eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding.
  • Must be strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong project management and administrative skills including accurate data entry.
