• Oversee the construction of luxury retail stores, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
• Work directly with global fashion brands, architects, and designers to bring their vision to life.
• Coordinate high-end millwork, custom finishes, and specialty installations.
• Handle site logistics, permitting, and city regulations for prime Manhattan retail locations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest level of craftsmanship.

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end retail construction projects in NYC.
• Strong portfolio of completed stores for luxury fashion brands (Gucci, Chanel, Dior, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.).
• Expertise in custom millwork, high-end finishes, and intricate detailing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
