Our client, GF, is an architecture, engineering, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, and development services firm that brings talents and teams from all over the world together to create structures, spaces, and experiences.
Responsibilities- Produce contract and presentation documents.
- Assist in preparing construction drawings and detailing.
- Review building codes to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings and maintaining project submittal logs.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; construction administration experience is a plus.
- Strong and versatile building design and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality service.
- Strong sketching and model-building skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
